"It [the Torah] is a Tree of Life to those who cleave to it" (Proverbs 3:18) "Delve and delve into it, for all is in it; see with it; grow old and worn in it; do not budge from it, for there is nothing better." (Pirkei Avot 5:21)

Yom HaShoah-Remembering those who perished in the Holocaust
This song was sang at a Holocaust Commemoration Ceremony I attended this Sunday evening and I was familiar with this song from youtube:
Oyfn Pripetchik (On The Hearth)
They also sang Hatikvah and Tehilim # 121, 125, 126
This quote was included on the flyer:

This quote was included on the flyer:
"How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world." -Anne Frank
It was a moving event....and I'm working on writing a larger essay which is a compilation of more Holocaust memorial events that I've been attending.
